Been with Bentley Walker for years. Tried other companies briefly, but was *so glad* to come back to BW. Why? Because BW is the best! My personal experience is that BW's customer service staff and technical advisers are second to none. So professional. Always readily contactable to help me out with the very few issues that have arisen.

When looking to upgrade our existing Sat package, we entered a conversation with the accounts team , during the conversation mention was made of the Mobile O2 options, that conversation changed our broadband world, living in a Very remote part of the Scottish Highlands with No landline access this option has like the Customer service team at Freedom Sat transformed and delivered a level of Excellence above and beyond our expectations, every member of the company goes above and beyond to ensure consistent service levels, thank you ,all.
