I have used ScanCafe for several years now, and had them digitize over 17,000 photos or negatives. They have been consistently reliable with fair pricing and excellent service. I used them within the past 2 months when i found some older 110 disc negatives. Their service remains excellent.

I prepaid for an order, then didn't get it ready for months. ScanCafe was very patient with me--sending an occasional, gentle reminder and assuring me that my order was still valid. Top that off with top notch quality for retouching my photos and slides.

First, let me point out that it is so rare for me to award 5 stars that I can count them on one hand. As my dad always told me, no matter how perfect you are, there is always room for improvement. That said, I'm completely satisfied with the outcome of my massive order I dispatched into your care. The one photo you touched up was very well done, especially given the age of the slide from which it was scanned. You had everything from 35mm slides to Super 8 movies, including VHS and VHS-C in this project. I gave a time I wanted it at my door, farther out than the project actually required, and you guys were on the button. Thank you very much. I am very pleased with my experience with ScanCafe. The customer service was excellent. I called a few times with questions and the support team helped me each time. They were very patient with me and my technology struggles. My scanned pictures turned out great. My original pictures were returned to me safely and properly organized. I highly recommend ScanCafe!
