Great service, very good quality (some images needed some final fine-tuning for printing, if that's what's desired). They kept me informed about the progress of my order, including when there was a delay due to the move of their building. ScanCafe made it easy to send in my slides. They emailed me a couple of times to let me know they were working on my order. Then, they emailed me with the pictures to evaluate. I selected what I wanted. They sent my slides and my order to me. Uh oh! Those were not my slides that were in the box with my order. I contacted ScanCafe about the problem. They were quick to respond to the problem, calling me on the phone to let me know the progress of searching for my slides. By the end of the day, the problem was solved. I received my slides in the mail a few days later. I will definitely refer ScanCafe to anyone who has slides to be made into pictures. They were great to work with - super customer service!

Everything worked perfectly. Pictures were scanned and sent to me and yesterday I received my originals in tip top shape. I would highly recommend this company if you need copies of old black and white photos.
