Wonderful service! Extremely helpful. I wish the website was a little easier to use when selecting photos, since a lot of mine were duplicates.

I had 2,000 family photos digitized. Communication with ScanCafe was excellent...they kept me informed of the progress along the way. My only issue was after the photo digitization was complete, they provided several options for getting the photos. The one that I was doing (downloading to my personal thumbdrive) was time-consuming and I was only given two weeks to do that. For that many photos, I would have liked a little more time. Also, the email a photo to a friend feature never seemed to work for me. I finally gave up after several tries. But overall, I was very happy with the process and the product. Definitely a "best buy" for the money, compared to similar companies.

It took about 5 weeks before the slides were done. The slides have not been returned. I thought the slides were supposed to be enhanced.

Once again: Nice work Scan Cafe! I love having “jillions” of family and friends pictures on tiny thumb drives instead of all the clutter! It’s so enjoyable to watch them on a digital frame. Scan Cafe rendered them in groups exactly as I had requested. I have one of 1000 of my dad’s slides, one of my family of origin and friends and I alternate them. I plan to group and send all my spouse’s family/friends photos next. Who needs TV? The individual picture “show” has such an intimate feel!
