None of the backgrounds came out true. Blue skies are not blue, everything is rather gray. I feel I will have to go back and re-edit slide by slide.

Almost 5 Stars. The only reason this is not a five star rating is the time it took to receive the originals back. It took a lot longer for the items to be packed, shipped and delivered than it did to receive, scan, edit and post to the website. Otherwise the scanned negatives exceeded my expectations. I'll be sending in another order in a couple of days.

Too many duplicate scans. Everything in your literature said don't bother to sort them in advance. But I didn't expect to see duplicate scans either. And most scans with less than ideal quality I found I could improve easily in a matter of a minute or to with Lightroom. So I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the scans given the high cost. The same comments would apply to Legacybox which I used for other scans. Too expensive given the end product.

Even with Covid-related staffing problems, Scan Cafe finished my order ahead of schedule and offered terrific service. I was especially happy with the way my old photos and slides looked after cleaning and enhancements.
