My slides came to life after 40 years! Did great job ,timely turn around! Will definitely use again

Good communication. You’ve made the process easy. Had some problem with the download of the scanned picture, but everything worked out fine . The document that was sent made it easier to understand.

My only issue was several duplicate scans that would have increased my cost. I deleted them so it wasn't an issue.

My third time with ScanCafe I Have used ScanCafe for preserving both old photo collections as well as my parents' old 35mm slides! I have also used their services to edit/correct/fix damaged photos. I have been extremely pleased with the results as well as the process. They keep me informed as each step progresses, their information is good, their estimates of time and cost are accurate. Their several options for delivery suit our needs and we will be using them again in the future as the never-ending process of sorting out 75 years of photos continues!
