I saw a review from an online site that reviews photo digitalizing services. ScanCafe was highly rated and I certainly wasn't disappointed. There is a well known company that is highly advertised and I personally believe ScanCafe is much better. I had the first half of my approximately 4,800 slides done and I will soon send them the other half.

ScanCafe delivers impeccable service. I have used them several times now, and will continue to do so. They are patient and reasonable and fully understand the importance family images have to those submitting them. They are fast and reliable. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and will continue to do so. I had many old images and slides digitized, and they even suggested improvements on some of the slides that had deteriorated. They do amazing work!

overall the negative scans were good but the transparencies were fair. I know transparencies are more difficult to get great scans from unless done by very high quality scanners but ScanCafe disappointed here. Customer service was excellent!

Prompt service

I was able to have 100 years of family pictures scanned for brother, sisters, children and grandchildren and those yet go come. The hardest part was putting them in order. Service is reasonably priced.😊

The shipping instructions were clear and easy to follow, the payment process was smooth, the updates and delivery were timely and the results were of the quality promised. I am completely satisfied.

I was very nervous about mailing my old, treasured slides, but all went well and I am extremely pleased with the results. ScanCafe did an excellent job in scanning nearly 700 hundred of my 50-year-old slides, and they kept them in the order in which I sent them. ScanCafe kept me informed via email through every step of the process, and they returned my originals and flash drive quickly and safely. I was able to review/download the scanned slides online while I waited for the flash drive to arrive. I believe it was approximately 14 days from the time ScanCafe received my slides to when they shipped them back. I highly recommend ScanCafe for your scanning needs, and I will be using them again.

Images are of excellent quality. One annoying feature is that a string of multiple negatives are not always scanned in order which increases my time in reviewing results

I am so pleased! Photos that are decades old came out looking great. I'm going to get all my parents' albums organized and then share with my siblings; they will love it!

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. The slides were over 70 years old and the touch ups SC did gave them new life.
