Really 4.9999 stars rounded off to 5. The scanning quality and color rendition is SUPERB! (I'm a professional colorist for videos.) Took off a fragment of a star because there was dust and little hairs left on about 30 out of over 1000 negative scans. They are redoing them. They offer sizable discounts frequently and customer service people are very helpful.

I was kept informed every step of the process and was happy to see the results come through so quickly. I also appreciated the ability to chose which photos to keep and pay for.
