The core service is excellent
The core service is excellent and I highly recommend it. I had no worries that they would destroy my pictures and I'm please with what I got back. The website is what cost them the star. I really just wanted to download my pictures en masse and let my siblings do the same thing. That was more difficult than it should have been.
