I had a problem, that I reserved a travel with Rehlat , & I transfer the money , then the ticket value had raised, then I cancelled the trip , I was very afraid to loss my money , but they returned my money after 3 days 🌺🌺🌺🌺 Thanks Rehlat

I raised my request more than a month but I’m still not getting the refund. The customer service just keep saying that it’s being escalated with high priority. This is really a SCAM and not trusted. My booking RGL1365176

Fiz uma reserva com eles e cancelei na mesma hora , eles disseram que iam reembolsar o dinheiro dentro de 10 a 15 dias uteis, pois ja passaram 2 meses desde essa data e nada. Ja enviei emails e eles nem respondem, mandam mensagens automáticas que nao respondem às nossas questões...considero que fui burlada.

Worst customer service of all times!!! If there was an option to give you a score with no stars, it would have been our preference. Sad to see how many people have been scammed by this company! My advice: AVOID AT ALL COST !!! This company does not care about their customers, nor do they care about their partners. Rehlat is selling our hotel rooms on our hotels behalf and cares no less to refund us for a test reservation we made to our own hotel since January now. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR !!!!!

Please tag them in social media posts on sites like Facebook and Twitter rather than posting it here. After 50 days of waiting and getting tired of calling and emailing, I posted on social media and received my refund in just two days.

Rahlat is a SCAM big scam. My booking ID: 4156487 I am waiting for my refund money from last 5 months. When I cancelled the ticket, they have sent me the mail that I will receive my refund after 60 working days. after 60 workings days I have not receive the refund, I have sent them 10-20 mail but no response from them. I talked to call center team and always they say they are escalating it with high priority and will get the money within 24 hours but till now refund does not happen.
