They took my money and did not confirm my booking. Now I have been chasing them for 1 month for my refund and they keep telling me it will be processed within 48 hours. I do not know how this company can operate legally like this. RAE1253736

Hola, Tenía que haber leido más antes de hacer la reserva en esta web. Me está pasando un poco más de lo mismo que he leído. Hice una reserva para un hotel en Bruselas. La tuve que cancelar, y me confirmaron que en 10-12 dias me devolvian el dinero. Aún sigo esperando desde el 29 de noviembre. Mi reserva es RGL1121651. Ya les escribo emails y ni siquiera me contestan. Finalmente me han devuelto el importe del reembolso.
