The website says $54 for a middle of the road hotel. The website wouldn’t let me order it so i call and the guy tells me “no no that’s too low I wouldn’t even want to stay in a hotel that cost that little” then proceeded to tell me other places priced it at 150 when I got another quote for $70. Horrible service guy tried to just gas light me into ordering it

Scam, Hotel wurde über Rehlat gebucht, doch nach der Ankunft im Hotel herausgestellt das sie seit Wochen ausgebucht sind. Kein Zimmer für die Nacht, auf Grund Rehlats falsche Informationen. Das Geld wurde Wochen später immernoch nicht rückerstattet und die Rückerstattung wurde nicht mal eingesehen.

My booking id is 1531915 I have made a booking through Rehlat on Oman airways 3 years ago and the flight got cancelled there trip .. since then I am continuously contacting there customer service and also went directly at there office in hawally kuwait .. till now I didnt get any positive reply and no refund.. worst experience ever with a booking website . Never trust them.

شركة نصابين متحيلين حجزت معهم و الغوا الحجز بعد ساعة و لم استرجع قيمة الحجز من قرابة شهرين. كل وين تكلمهم يردون نفس الكلام سيتم التواصل معكم خلال 24 ساعة و الحقيقة لا تواصل و لا شيءٍ نصيحة اياكم و التعامل مع هذه الشركة فهم غير معتمدين من وزارة السياحة بالسعودية.

Estafadores, llegue al hotel y no conocían la empresa, me robaron 200€ y sigo sin respuesta.

Fraud. Scam. Avoid at all cost. I booked through Rehlat because it appeared when I was looking for a room in Google. I booked the room and completed the payment. Got a reservation confirmation through my mail. However when I arrived at the hotel they told me no booking was made from this company and the booking is was fake. I called them and they opened a ticket. I waited few hours calling repeatedly. They kept saying we will look into it. They never called the hotel. I asked for a refund and guess what, they opened a ticket again. Trying to email them but they stopped replying. They later stated the booking was all in order and closed my ticket with no refund. A Scam Company, be Aware. I booked a hotel and paid for it then discovered through the hotel themselves that NO ROOMS available. The Rehlat support kept the matter ONE week with no Valid response which made all other hotels more expensive by time. They rudely then reply to refund after 4 weeks with no justification for reveresed payment or anything.

Tuve que cancelar una reserva de mi viaje y todavia no hay rastro del dinero y hace ya bastante tiempo , ni enviando correos ni llamando a atencion al clientes son capaces de responder por que no me hacen la devolucion.

Scam Company be aware!!! Scam company, 4 months and still they didn't refund my money. I made a flight booking and after they charged the amount from my account they claimed that they could not confirm it because the price increases and I've cancelled the booking they told me it will take 20 days to refund the full amount Now it has been 4 months and I have contacted them many times always the same response that they are working on the refund process. Like so many others I've not been refunded the cost of the booking I cancelled. Even though I received confirmation from Rehlat that there would be no charge and, after multiple support tickets lodged and phone calls, almost three months later it has not been refunded. You should be aware that the booking I made was at my own hotel as I wanted to find out what third party they would use to process the booking. It was Expedia. Rehlat advertised a cheaper price on Google Hotels than anyone else (including myself). When I went through the reservation process the initial price was shown and when I pressed confirm I was notified that "the hotel has increased the price to $..(the regular rate). This tactic is called bait and switch and is illegal in most countries. While the lack of refund might conceivably be gross incompetence, the bait and switch is just unethical. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company.
