I came to mono to get a Rhinoplasty Septoplasty and Tip, this was basically a entire nose reconstruction since I had such a badly broken and deformed nose! I was not able to breathe/smell or taste properly for almost 15 years. My surgeon dr eren had a very difficult job rectifying my nose and did explain to me that he was trying to save the structure of my nose so I could be able to breathe normally. This was a very difficult surgery but managed perfectly fine. My life has dramatically changed being able to breathe properly, smell and taste again! I really appreciated staying in the villa where I had two amazing people sherry (Sheriban) and Hasan helping me throughout my stay. sherrys cooking was amazing and really was everything I needed recovery wise, she knows exactly how to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. You will feel very comfortable around her and treats you with the upmost respect and care! My praises go out to her. Hasan would also make such an effort to make sure you felt as comfortable as possible, they really care about the people around them and make you feel well looked after. Each time Hasan got up he would ask if you have had enough to eat or drink. They have their own food which they will share with you like you are friends or family. It really showed he took a genuine interest in caring for you. If you ever needed anything or had any questions they would be right there for you. It really made my stay so much better, if you get these two in your stay you are sorted! I would also like to mention Semra our tour guide looking after us, she knew exactly where to take us and made sure we were safe! I had a full group chat with the nurses, doctors and coordinators just in case I needed anything extra. Esra was my coordinator was able to help me with anything I needed. Booking all my travel and activities that took place while I was away. She checked on me during my hospital stay and also made sure I was comfortable where I was staying. Organised and understanding.

I had bbl surgery, I really liked the result, although there is still swelling, but my doctor just has golden hands!healing is also fast enough.I lived in a villa and it felt like a vacation, as I was told at the beginning, I really never felt lonely, Hasan, Ozzy and Sherry were so sweet, helpful and helpful in everything!I recommend everyone to choose a villa for their stay.Also, my nurse was just amazing!I took off a star for having extra pay, which was not mentioned initially.

I am looking forward to seeing you again in April and hoping that you are my coordinator again. I stayed at the Villa. When I first came here in September(2024) and I felt welcomed, loved, cared. So my second time I chose the Villa again to see my old pal Hasan and the best cook Sherry. I have had the best 9 days with them laughing, watching film and all sorts… and now they are family to me. And I hope to see you all again in April. You guys deserve the best…. And I forgot to mention Man like Ozzy only got no him for a few Days but what a laugh we had in Villa hope to see you be all when I come back mate And I forgot to Say to many Thanks to Ceren for arranging all my transport and being really nice and helpful in arranging what time I was getting picked up and where from Thank you all🙏🏼

I wanted to thank Esra first and foremost my host “who was simply amazing” and all Mono Clinic staff members involved for an exceptional experience while there!! From my early interaction with Ceren with setting up my surgery appointment, my arrival there, stay at Mono Clinic Hotel and it’s staff members there, surgery performed by the doctor, care at the hospital by hospital staff, after care by my nurse at the Mono Hotel “who was truly fantastic”, until my departure everything went really well. Esra guidance and support through all those stages was above and beyond expectation. Came to Mono clinic with my niece on 14th Jan 2025 , she was having breast augmentation and I was having lipo 360 plus inner thighs , we were picked up as soon as we got off the plane and were taken to the hotel and then were picked up from the hotel an taken to the hospital at 6am ! Both our surgery’s were scheduled for 9am the next morning and everything went well … couldn’t fault both our coordinators Furkin (mine ) and Said (my nieces ) who did everything to help us … my only one criticism of the whole experience was the 2 female nurses who attended us during the day and throughout the night who were not very helpful at all , my niece was left with no pain medication for 11 hours and was in tears from the pain , when we asked for water we were told to get it ourselves!! Given I could barely walk an was extremely dehydrated I found this very unhelpful…the male nurses the following day where extremely helpful and kind plus gave my niece the medication she required as soon as we asked for it … when I spoke of these female nurses when leaving the hospital many of the staff rallied around us asking questions and I could tell they cared that this had happened … all in all the rest of the staff and experience was top notch and I would recommend mono clinic to all my friends and family in the future … thanks 🙏🏻

DO NOT TRUST MONO CLINIC WITH YOUR FACE Earlier this year I had rhinoplasty with Mono clinic who have disfigured my face. I have been dealing with E**** who is denying I exist, rather than correct his mistakes. They are not trustworthy or safe. I have been in conversations with Mono Clinic to rectify this before leaving this negative review. But now they are trying to deny I exist. I can provide photos and proof of everything.

One year today since i had a lower face and neck lift, i was not expecting the surgeon to arrive in jeans and a jumper wearing earings!!! And nobody spoke English. All was not well from entering the theater as the operation took considerably longer than expected. After the operation I was taken to ICU which they said was normal although all others left ICU 2 hours before me. When i woke up after the operation i couldnt open my right eye and the pain was unbearable and i had to have antibiotic cream in my eye to clear this up, i also couldnt open my mouth. Back at the hotel one of the drains came out the same day so i was bleeding all over the bedding for 2 days, aftercare didnt seem bothered. When i got home the after care was none existant. I had 3 questions i needed answering 1. how long will my jaw and ears be numb for 2. Can they send me the origional photos they took BEFORE the operation. 3. How long until the nerve damage takes to repair. I looked like i had had a severe stroke as the bottom right hand side lip had dropped and had no movement in it. I contacted them over 80 times for the answers and sometimes they replied with " it will be fine, why dont you believe me", They did send me 2 lots of photos of other women !!!!! DURING their operations which i am sure is against data protection. They now just ignore me. And have deleted all messages and pictures. I took the precaution of taking screenshots before they did this. I am now left with a frozen jaw line from ear to ear and both ears are numb and it feels like im sleeping on a donnut every night. The incision under my chin was not in the center under my chin so you can now see part of the scar and my jowels are still there. I would not recommend Mono they just want your money and push you out the door.

Cengiz is the man, absolutely amazing. He is very friendly and helpful. Nurse Simge is the best nurse. They are attentive and always there whenever you need. M.D. Merve is unbelievable and really cares. Thank you so much guys. I reccomend 💯!
