I stayed in the Mono Vila and it was amazing. It was like being at home. Mete is such a sweetheart, he made me and my boyfriend feel super comfortable. He helped us with absolutely everything we need. We were also able to cook our own dinner and we spent many nights just chatting away. I honestly couldn’t be happier and thankful for the hospitality. Mete you are a star!

Where do I start? For those that are indecisive about getting their surgery or where to get it, Mono Cosmetics is a must! From start to finish, my experience has been seamless. The communication has been so clear from everyone I have spoken to, whether this be my consultation, doctor, surgeon, nurse, and the staff at the hotel. My initial interactions were with Ceren who helped me so much with the process running up to and during my arrival. She would keep me well updated with plans and itinerary no matter what time it was. Check on things if I wasn't sure and honestly, made all my anxieties go away when it came to my travelling and arriving. My medical consultant Çağkan was great, ever so friendly, attentive, considerate and made me feel comfortable through out! I met so many members of Mono Cosmetics during my stay but can not say a single bad word. My surgeon and nurse that handled my surgery were very knowledgeable, experienced, confident and put me at ease with knowing how my results would turn out. Even through the aftercare and check ups, they were very informative and made sure I knew what I needed to do next especially with my next few weeks following. The hospital was also great, nurses were very attentive and checked on me regularly and made sure I was comfortable throughout as my surgery required overnight stay. The hotel staff, especially reception were incredibly friendly and can say, gave the best service I have ever received at any hotel stay. The food we could order was a great variation and every meal I had, tasted great. All in all, I 100% recommend Mono Cosmetics to anyone considering a treatment or surgery. This is my 2nd cosmetic surgery, and I know how daunting it can be travelling to get this life changing procedure, but Mono Cosmetics make every step of the way so comfortable and catered to you that you can enjoy the experience and the fantastic results of the surgery.

Dilan, my patient coordinator, was amazing. All the staff were to be honest but she made me feel really comfortable and explained and translated everything. I arrived very late at night on the 9th and she was still messaging me past midnight making sure I was okay. She then came to pick me up at 7am in the morning on the 10th for preop checks and gastric sleeve surgery and was with me throughout. The surgeon was really kind too. Ahsen, my surgery coordinator, took over from Dilan after I came out of surgery, and during my leak test she was really reassuring when I was embarrassed and panicked after throwing up on the x-ray machine. So back in April 2023 I went to Mono for Vaser liposuction .. it didn’t start well .. first no one was there to pick us up waited 50 minutes even though they were told when we would be there and because it was night it would seem no one was working or contactable! Then after travelling all day we got sent to a villa in the middle of nowhere when we asked for a hotel gone over time and time again how we wanted a hotel and not a villa .. A couple of hours later it was sorted but took a long time which left us with 4 hours sleep before my op! The following morning i went for surgery.. no consultation before .. no sit down with a doctor to go over what it was I was hoping for like I was explained would happen just 5 mins before my op a doctor came in put a few lines on me then I was sent down to theatre.. extremely apprehensive as it was my first time under anaesthetic and in another country and not 100 % sure what I wanted was actually agreed on. They were obsessed with money wanting paying there and then before I went down and for someone less assertive as myself it would of been a bit daunting just before an op in a foreign country especially if you’re by yourself and not gone with someone else .. it was also more money than I was told as I was made to pay for separate blood tests and a few other things I wasnt told about before hand as I was told the price was all in. After wards the care was good I can’t complain .. the nurses in the hospital were good and the doctor visited our hotel everyday to make sure everything was good so I will credit them on that. While we were there we went to the main office of mono a few times and the way some people were treated again over procedures and money was worrying and to be honest absolutely shocking! Some who had travelled a long way and treated horrendously! Fast forward 9 month my lipo is shocking they didn’t take away what I asked for my belly has been left a mess to the point I won’t take my top off .. I knew with in a month it wasn’t right and contacted them time and time again .. they told me it was because of a prior lipo id had in the uk or it takes a year etc .. but that lipo was on my back that id had in the uk!! not my belly!! They refuse to fix .. no sorry they will fix if I pay for it again full price again!! Or they will do it for 1200 if I have my teeth done! All this company is bothered about is Money!!! Money !!! Money!!! It’s obsessed with the stuff!! While you’re there it’s sell sell trying to get you to have other things! If you’re a so called “influencer” 🙄 they will treat you like a king or a queen but for your average Joe Bloggs they will treat you rubbish!! They will reply saying this is rubbish but I have pictures and messages after messages of the utter rubbish and refusal to sort! Even blaming me for the problem! Would I recommend not in a million years!! Not to anybody to be honest anyone I speak to who mentions their name and they are thinking of going with them I will show them my pictures and messages so they don’t have to go through it!!! Just pay more etc in your own country where they will rectify if it’s not right! I’m sure other people may of had good experiences I did not! not at all!!! And if by a chance your op isn’t what you expected and you don’t look right you have no chance of them fixing it believe me I’ve tried for 9 months!!! Sp honestly don’t waste your time trying!!! The best thing to do is stay well away from these charlatans!! If one person reads this and has second thoughts my job is done! At least you so thave to go through what I have!

I had a rhinoplasty with mono and the whole experience was wonderful. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff were amazing, especially Emir who was with me every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t recommend mono more!
