The staff at the accomodation (Baris, Anas, Asuman, Oguzhan) displayed exceptional hospitality and attentiveness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. Baris even walked with me going to the Ezcane to make sure I am safe. My lovely patient service specialist, Ipek, did extra mile in updating me with all my appointments and made sure im comfortable and well look after. All of course to Beste, who have arranged everything for me. Thank you for your kindness and patience just to meet my schedule availability. The staff in the clinic exhibited expertise and care, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment. My dentist Dr. Burak and his assistant Gizem communicate the detail in explaining procedures contributed to a sense of trust and satisfaction. All of them showcased commendable dedication to customer service and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I just had my tooth done and the all procedure was amazing. They made it feel like it’s nothing no pain nothing to worry about . Everyone in that clinic is so friendly and they try them best to make you comfortable and make you feel like you are one of them. I really appreciate the way how they treat me here and the way how they look after you, something that you don’t see it in everyday. Really recommend the guide Ipek and Cemre who never miss an opportunity to show you how friendly they are and helping you with everything you need to go through the all process. I just recently got my teeth done at this clinic and my all round experience was great from the hotel to my coordinator Ipek and the dentist. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of going and I would like to give a big thank you to Ipek as she was there for me for anything I needed at any time I text her she replied back within minutes and was so helpful. She organised my pick up from hotel to clinic everyday and I can't thank Mono clinic enough for the amazing job they have done for me.
