My experience with Mono has been really good! I had breast implant revision with Dr Muhammet Eren Ersoz, he was very friendly and did a amazing job, my breasts looks natural now & I love my results, everyone I’ve shown has also agreed! I couldn’t of done this without my patient coordinator Cemre, she was so perfect and hard working, she guided me on my journey and I could message her at any time if I had any concerns. I stayed at the Ramada Plaza and had no issues. Throughout my week I also met Busem, she was also a very lovely person and finally I met Emeryi, he was the so sweet I felt a bit sad to leave the villa 😣☺️ Overall my experience with Mono was SAFE and enjoyable, I would definitely come back and recommend them. I’m glad I trusted Mono, my surgeon and staff with my well-being 🙏❤️

This was my second visit to mono clinic. I was there three months ago for phase one of my dental treatment. I had four implants, an extraction and a bone graft, which all went smoothly and surprisingly pain free. This time I was there for a week to have 24 crowns fitted and masseter Botox to help with my night grinding. My patient relation rep was Mohammed who was very friendly and helpful. Always on the end of the phone to answer my questions and chase things up. My treatment was spread out over 6 days by my dentist Dt Cagri Dereli and his assistant Guler Deniz. Both extremely professional, skilled and friendly. As for all the other staff at the clinic all helpful and very pleasant. I was given pain killers but did not take a single one through out the whole treatment, totally pain free. No sensitivity, absolutely nothing. Great care was taken by my dentist on the final fitting day to make sure they fitted perfectly and my bite was perfect. When they were finished I couldn’t believe how natural they felt. I was expecting a period of time where I would have to get use to them but they feel great. The end result is amazing I am so pleased. I highly recommend mono clinic. You are looked after from start to finish. Sometimes there is a bit of waiting around but it’s all worth it for the end result. On a final note Izmir is a fantastic place to visit. Many great restaurants and wonderful food. So you also get a holiday thrown in as a bonus.! Been home three days now. Still looking good and still no pain. Over the moon!!

I recently had breast surgery with Mono Clinic&they made it such a good experience for me. Every step of the way their team was there for me,from the arrival at the airport,to the hotel/transfers/surgery day/check ups at the Mono Clinic and check ups daily at my hotel making sure I was feeling ok/medications being dropped off to the hotel for me to collect downstairs was also such a big help. Everyone was very kind to me and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The day of my surgery everything went perfectly,I was nervous to begin with but Furkan was sure to reassure me that everything will be ok,he was there for me and made sure to message every day without fail to check I was ok&if I needed anything. Furkan really went above and beyond with his customer service,he really was so kind to me and helped me so much. It was a lovely experience,I would definitely recommend☺️.

Well would just like 2 say my wife has been getting treatment done as we are staying at the villa and can’t thank the 3 members ov staff who have been fantastic in every way possible for us and make u feel relaxed and happy thanks for the hard work they do cheers

From start to finish the care my Friend received from her carer Mustaffa and the staff at the clinic was outstanding anything that was needed they where there Mustaffa always went that extra mile to make things a lot easier and we became good friends due to his selfless and caring nature so a massive Thankyou

Amazing experience with Mono I visited Mono with my daughter who underwent surgery and I had a non surgical procedure. The Hospital was clean with nice rooms, the care from hospital staff was really good. The surgeon Dr Ertekin was excellent, he completed my procedure and did my daughter’s surgery, I was more anxious about my daughter than myself but I couldn’t fault him he really looked after her, she was a little unwell on the first night but the staff really looked after her and the next day she was absolutely fine. Our personal patient Consultant Mustafa was amazing and made the whole experience much less daunting and was there to support me as well as my daughter, he really did go above and beyond for us every day. Not only providing advice and help to understand certain aspects of the surgery and procedure we had but the aftercare he was there everyday checking on us and was available on the end of the phone 24/7. He has brilliant sense of humour making us laugh constantly which really helped with our anxieties pre and post surgery. He has continued to check in on us since we returned home and I knowing that he will continue be available anytime for support with anything. The hotel we stayed in after the operation was lovely and clean. I felt safe when walking around the shopping centres and found the local people nice and friendly. I can highly recommend mono to anyone considering surgery with them. We had no issues at all pre or post op. If I ever return to Mono I will be requesting Mustafa as my personal patient assistant he was amazing. Overall amazing care and compassion shown by all staff to my daughter throughout our stay, I am thankful that she chose Mono clinic to have her surgery 😊

I went to clinic Mono to get my teeth done. It went horribly wrong and was fighting to get my teeth looked at after 2 months of the work being completed. I had gaps on the left side , my bite was well out and severe pain. I went back in November 2022 finally to get them fixed, everything but the treatment was at my cost. They tried to get me to pay £300 to get the work done I refused. I have been back to Turkey in April 2023 with another company because I still was having issues. My teeth had cracked and the repair they done was not what I paid for, they put porcelain crowns back in and not Zirconia. The dentist in Turkey who did my new teeth shown me, they also said the work was a very poor standard and no wonder they cracked. It was a proper botched job. I have had my teeth completely re-done to repair the work Clinic Mono did. Do not go with this company they are a discrace........

I was really nervous about the whole thing Especially being in another country but the lady who was looking after me did exactly that I made me feel really comfortable all the staff was great to be honest with you which made it more comfortable and I had a brilliant patient service specialist. Cemre. She was really available 24/7 & was very attentive . My daughter got I’ll on my trip & she messaged me very often to ask if she was alright & if there was anything she could do. The transfers was nice & clean. Very polite & punctual! The hotel was lovely.
