Going with mono clinic was the best decision I ever made. They’ve given me my confidence back. Everything about this company is amazing from the service to the aftercare. I was greeted by Cemre, the most amazing woman ever, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained my whole procedure to me in depth before hand. Dr eren was my surgeon and I believe he works magic because my body looks amazing. Thank you mono clinic for everything and a very big thank you to sister Cemre ❤️

After my surgery went wrong I waited and messaged mono clinic spoke to the after sales team and all they did was longing it off and telling me to take the review down cos I’m giving them a bad image I told them to compensate for the damage it cos in my tummy all they did was ignored me I have all the proof to show if anyone wants to see and obviously I know they will take this down but please people don’t believe everything they say all they want is your money NOT your health they DON’T care about that

My experience with mono clinic was good the hospital that I stayed in was clean and nice, my assistant name was Alptug, he was lovely he made me feel comfortable, and always available to respond to my questions, very appreciated. I didn’t like the hotel Ontor that I was put in ( hopefully they look into this and change it for future patient). My Surgeon was nice, now patiently waiting to heal to see the final look of my surgery. So far I will recommend Mono clinic.

BBL with mono clinic I don’t know we’re to start from speaking to patient response at the start to the last day at the villa it has been amazing Coming abroad for surgery can be daunting But the experience I have received has been brilliant First night I was greeted by there transfers and taken to the hospital for bloods and paper work as I was having surgery in the morning after that was all done I was taken to the villa we’re I was greeted by tugrul one of the hosts at the villa he was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, he also explained everything in great detail and texted me on WhatsApp so if I had and questions or requested I could WhatsApp him and he would attend if I didn’t won’t to leave my room, also the other host emrecan he was been wonderful from making sure we are comfortable and well fed to sitting talking together at night he is such a Lovley guy also very funny My personal coordinator can (John) has been incredibly start to finish from the coordination before I arrived in turkey to today taking me out shopping on he’s time off he has been amazing, whenever I have a question or a worry he answers and reassures me straight away and always replying fast to messages also at the hospital after my surgery he was very reassuring knowing him for not even 24 hours at that point I was so comfortable and trusting in him he is definitely a friend for life Also the house keeper ayse she is amazing cooking us breakfast and lunch and keeping on top of the villa all her cooking has been amazing she will be dearly missed At the villa it is so nice and homey also the people we met also here for surgery we’re so nice we will definitely stay in touch,also the villa is only 5/10 minute walk from the forum bornova shopping centre we’re there is a wide range of shops to explore Also berkay another personal assistant he is so Lovley he took us to the shopping centre on his day off when he didn’t need to, too help us communicate as we are only talking English he was very helpful and friendly What I also think is very good is that the people from mono clinic come to the villa every day to check on every one and ask them individually if they have any wonts or needs and if there happy and also to check on the patients And last but not least my surgeon DR MERVE she has been amazing from the start and also changed my life she has been honest from the start and told me what was possible with my body and was been very informative and friendly I am very happy with my results and can’t wait to see how I look after full recovery Words can’t express how happy and greatful I am choosing to go with MONO clinic as I have had a 10/10 experience and met some forever friends I will be sad to leave in the morning

I am now just over one week post op. My experience with Mono was very positive, I can’t fault anything about the process. The Hospital was clean with nice rooms, the care from hospital staff was really good. My surgeon Dr Ertekin was excellent and made me feel at ease. My personal patient Consultant Mustafa was amazing and made the whole experience much less daunting he went above and beyond for me every day with his advice and helping me to understand certain aspects of the surgery and aftercare he also had a brilliant sense of humour which made me much less anxious pre surgery. He has continued to check in on me since I have returned home and I know he would be available anytime I needed support with anything. The hotel I stayed in after the operation was lovely and clean. I felt safe when walking around the shopping centres and found the local people nice and friendly. I would highly recommend mono to any of my family and friends and anyone considering surgery with them. I had no issues at all post op. Mustafa helped me fully understand the diet plan I have been given and all the medication times and amounts. Overall amazing care and compassion shown by all staff throughout my stay and I wouldn’t use anyone else if I needed other surgeries in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend from the beginning to the end was a fabulous experience, from the transport that picked us up and took us to the hospital where we were welcomed and greeted so friendly Mustafa Ozgur Uyanik was Brill couldn't ask for anyone better to support us through the whole process and if you get if you get them best !! Our nurses were wonderful even though slight language barriers they tried their very best to meet our every needs and 100% succeeded, our surgeon op Dr Caglarertekin introduced himself before the surgery and answered all the questions we asked with details that made us feel comfortable, calm and reassured. I feel is absolutely necessary to share my amazing experience with MONO clinic, as I feel there are sometimes unnecessary negative comments which will put people off going ahead, but it was hands down the best decision I have ever made. I am delighted to write this review for MONO, especially CAN (my patient service assistant) and my surgeon DR MERVE who performed my Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery. I will be honest I was absolutely terrified for my surgery, a lot of negative press against surgery abroad in general. It was without a doubt the scariest decision of my life. I understand everybody’s experience is different but want to share my experience as DR MERVE and MONO CLINIC have completely changed my life. FOR THE BETTER! I was so insecure about my body shape, size of my butt and lack of hips! For years this has effected me, the clothes I wore, I could never be my true self because I was always so self conscious. From start to finish, my experience with my surgeon was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was my surgeon knowledgeable and experienced in their field, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of your questions, and make sure you were comfortable with every step of the process. DR MERVE professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of your care. They worked closely with me to understand my desired outcome. Throughout the surgery, my surgeon and their team took every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort. The hospital was clean, the nurses were so friendly, warm and welcoming. They even ordered food to the hospital for my boyfriend! But the excellent care didn't stop there. After my surgery, MONO continued to provide clear and concise instructions on how to care for yourself during the recovery process. They checked in with me regularly to monitor my progress and make sure i was healing ok. Their dedication to your well-being was truly remarkable, especially CAN. CAN, my patient service assistant, was also incredibly helpful and attentive. His English was amazing. He went above and beyond throughout to make sure that all of my needs were met and that I felt supported throughout my stay in Turkey. CAN was always available to answer my questions, provide guidance and support, and make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. I had missed my flight by a few minutes flying out on the Monday :-( CAN was so helpful over the phone and rearranged my pick up times, he was on hand even throughout the night bless him. He made sure I was comfortable and reassured that my surgery would still go ahead despite not getting there until early hours the following day!!! We were picked up in a lovely van, all the drivers were helpful and polite. I have a high pain tolerance so I am very lucky that I didn’t find the procedure too bad at all, I was up walking within a few hours, discharged the next day and continued to walk around Izmir town. We stayed in the hotel which was about 15 minute walk from the pier where we had some beautiful sea food. I was supposed to be there for 7 days but chose to fly home 3 days early, the clinic assessed me and assured me I was well enough to fly home. CAN is still on the end of the phone to help me continue my journey. The results were instant and speak for themselves. My BBL surgery was a complete success, and you couldn't be happier with the way you look and feel right now, I understand these aren’t my final results so looking forward to working on my body to gain the best possible look. DR MERVE skill and expertise have given you a new sense of confidence and self-assurance that you never thought possible. Overall, I cannot recommend MONO and my surgeon highly enough. They are true professionals in every sense of the word, and their commitment to delivering the best possible care and results is second to none. After a previous surgery went very wrong, I was left without my breast implants, desperate to feel confident again but not sure what would be possible after all the complications and existing scars. Dr nazmi exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy with my results! I check in frequently on WhatsApp with the team, who are always happy to answer my questions, of which I have many, given my anxiety surrounding my previous situation. They are always reassuring and helpful. Special mentions to our translator Muhammed for always being on call day or night during my stay in turkey and also to my nurses Busem and Burke who cared for my dressings in a beautiful nearby clinic! Thanks also to Aybige and Tuğçe for arranging everything with me, including my dates, flights and hotel. The hotel itself was really comfortable and convenient, right near the centre of Izmir where there were lots of interesting shops to explore. Overall both i and my boyfriend who accompanied me had a very positive experience. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend booking a gastric sleeve with Mono. From start to finish this was a great experience We landed and awaiting for us was a car with our names on straight to a lovely hotel. The following day we went to the hospital where we was greeted by Mustafa Ozgur Uyanik i cannot tell you how professional he was. He was there every step of the way answering questions and going beyond to help us. You arr very lucky if you are allocated him💙 Our surgeon answered all questions before the proceedure and kept us calm and reassures at every stage. I had dental implants and a gastric Botox done at mono clinic. The experience was amazing, from the pick up at the airport, to the hotel, to the clinic and all my appointments.
