It was easy to put the order. And it was delivered in very short notice and in time.

Hands off this company!!! I ordered flowers for a friend in Spain's birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on January 30th, 2025. Nothing happened. Apparently no one was home. (Which was definitely not the case.) The second "attempt" the following day also failed, and they didn't even try to contact the recipient by phone. My request for a refund was rejected. I was offered the bouquet on February 3rd, 2025, with the comment...the flowers may no longer be fresh!!! But of course the wilted flowers were never delivered either. The only thing that worked with this company was the prompt debiting of the ordered goods. I feel like this company has deliberately cheated me! If you want to avoid similar trouble, choose another company. Ellen Buchleitner

I do not recommend this service! I ordered a bouquet, but no one consulted with me, even though the website promised otherwise. What I received was completely different from what was advertised. When I reached out to complain, they insisted that everything was done correctly, despite the clear discrepancy. Very disappointing customer service! If you don’t want to waste your money, order flowers elsewhere. Compare what they promise on the website with what actually gets delivered – the difference is shocking!
