I placed an order yesterday for today and they told me it would arrive between 8 am and 10 pm. Of course the order never arrived, customer service doesn't answer and ignores messages. Shocking service! They took the money but I didn't receive the flowers. Huge disappointment!

I had ordered flowers and champagne to be delivered across the Atlantic. I was a bit worried about the flowers since I’ve had experience with other companies that delivered below par. Not this company! They called me to ask if it was ok to deliver red roses instead of the mini roses I had ordered. Of course I said yes. They also followed my exact instructions to deliver it where it was intended which was slightly complicated. It was delivered at the right time the right day and the roses were amazing!! I couldn’t be happier more. The birthday girl was thrilled and so was I. Thank you!!
