Absolutely incompetent business due to the following reasons: - False advertising (the recipient received a cheap version of a so-called "exotic" bouquet which didn't match a description on the website) - Late delivery (the order was not delivered on day requested) - Poor communication (no status updates) - Poor customer service (Zuzanna K. was not helpful)
