Did not have the advertise product And failed to communicate until delivery was delayed by a day. Company offered to use lesser flowers as a replacement for out of season (but still advertised flowers. Company is comfortable off-ramping responsibility for their failures onto the customer. Consistently poor and unprofessional experience.

Ordered roses then told they would be delivered very soon when asked for a status. Hours later was told the florist has no roses.

The funeral flower arranment was beautiful and was much appreciated by the deceased family.
