No delivery was made. Pls refund me my money

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend in Rio from overseas. The process was easy and based on her reaction and quality of the flowers she was very happy. I would definitely recommend using them for any special occasion flower delivery.

I have no experience ordering anything online in Namibia and I ordered 2x when I was in Congo and Switzerland and they made the experience so smooth and transparent. Orders arrived when they say it will arrive and when there were some issue with the flowers I ordered, they contacted me if it's acceptable to change the flowers to something else. They contacted me via whatsapp and email to which i really appreciate. So thank you for making me look good to friends by delivering the amazing goods that I ordered. I ordered cake and flowers (2x).

Flowers still haven't arrived its been over 4 hours since the arrive time. I contacted customer support who were unhelpful and literally lied to me sating they'd be delivered within the hour. My next attempt to contact customer service was ignored. They said delivery was not there responsibility and offer 0 transparency in the delivery process. Also lied to me about the difference between in transit and out for delivery. Will never order again.
