The communication and super speedy delivery!

Delivery was on time. Plant ordered was a white anthurium. Disappointing that it was delivered as a green plant with no blooms or even starting buds. The recipient may not be able to get this plant to flower. Not as advertised or worth the cost.

I am quite sad to give just one star this time. The was my 3rd order of exactly the same product but quality has deteriorated each time. The first order was personally delivered and was excellent with too many lilies to count beautifully displayed in an oasis - they lasted weeks. The second order was again personally delivered with numerous lilies but in a bunch with no water. Still beautiful but needed attention to last a couple of weeks. The 3rd order was a disaster being delivered by FedEx stuffed in a box that smelled strongly of cat urine with about 15 lilies of which many were broken and with no water. The time I did order a vase that I expected the arrangement to be delivered in but that was separate in the box so no point in giving the option to add to the order. After 6 days I threw the remaining few almost dead lilies away. Definitely €102 badly spent. Such a shame after a great first order but I will not be using this firm again.

Flowers were beautiful and well priced. Delivery was on time to France. I will certainly use Internet Florist again. Highly recommended

My flower order has not been delivered on the requested day but after 6 days later. The flowers were already dead. So they delivered again next day. I don't know the exact reason, at least their customer service did best to support.

Really good choice, delivered when they said. I ordered from UK and delivered to Sweden, only snag is they need a number at the other end to call if anything goes wrong so if you want to make someone's day with a surprise, it's difficult unless you have someone else's number in the local area. To their credit, they did communicate very well with me regarding this and we got it resolved.

La date de la livraison n‘a pas été respectée. Un grand point positive est la réaction à mes questions.
