I have ordered a perfume delivery for 17th Oct for an occasion , and it was delayed couple of time stating an" operation difficultly". Actually there's no value of the gift after the occasion date. However, finally it was delivered on 21st Oct without calling the recipient's availability on the delivery date. The delivery person was very rude and did not wait 5 min until the recipient arrive to the location.

The flower arrangement was not even close to the arrangement I selected from the website. I paid for deluxe arrangement and the florist made the smallest with the cheapest flowers on the market. I spoke with the florist agreed with me but told me nothing can be done. The ugly substandard arrangement was delivered. I will never place an order on your website!!!!
