first you advertise flowers that you don’t have Second instead to communicating with with for the changes in the type of the flower, you called the one who supposed to be surprised to receive the gift Third, i have mentioned a date to deliver, you (after charging), you sent email stating that the flower will be delivered 2 days from the day i choose . Pretty disappointing

First of all, the delivery was delayed by a day, and the customer service was very poor. They informed me that they could not deliver on the requested and paid-for date, only notifying me on the day of the scheduled delivery. This was highly inconvenient and disappointing, as I had made no alternative arrangements to deliver the surprise on that specific day. I reluctantly agreed to have it delivered the following day and requested them to include a note of apology, acknowledging that the delay was from their end. However, they failed to include this note. As a result, the delivery lost its purpose, and I couldn't even create the surprise I had planned. Very poor service.

The flowers were just as lovely as expected from looking at your website and the delivery was prompt. I’m a very satisfied customer.

The package was delivered in a safe, secure and timely manner. I was happy that you had reached out to me to tell me that one of the items was out of stock. I would have loved that you do not have it listed on your website though. That information was therefore misleading.

Flowers were fresh and very beautiful. Only complaint is that they arrived 2 days late and only after reaching out to customer service. However, kudos to customer service for rapid resolution of the problem once they were contacted.
