Misprint in 350 books

Although the customer service rep was nice, I'm unhappy with my overall experience. I order 350 saddle stitch books. I did not order a hard proof, assuming that I would get a digital proof, which I believe is pretty standard. I didn't get a digital proof and was told that the production team manually reviews each book and makes sure it is correct before printing the book. I felt confident that if the production team approved the printing and manually reviewed the book, that it had no errors. This was a mistake and my book had a misprint due to images not lining up correctly. I was told that my pages didn't match up, however, I checked the file both before and after the printing and it lined up correctly. I also used the same exact file with another printer after the fact, and the images lined up correctly. Further proving that the error was on printi's side. I asked for a full refund which I didn't receive, only 12% refund. As a small business owner this was a huge blow to my funds and cost me hundreds of dollars.

Great products and service, but always arrive damaged.

The products themselves are great. Fantastic quality. Above average customer service that I must thank again and again for such wonderful help. However, something happens along the line between print and ship. Every product I receive at my door is slightly damaged. My postcards are chipped on edges and corners. My banner is frayed on the edges, after I unrolled it with utmost care. Even so, this company is still lightyears beyond almost any other printing service.

Bad technical support and even worse customer service

Unable to upload design, for a simple business card, asked support for help. Debra S from customer service was just stalling me telling me same things, in the end when I given her screen to screen capture of how the upload page looks like, asking for where the upload button is, she stopped communicating. Poor customer service, any other company for print, would be fine by just taking my files via email, if they saw I was struggling. I guess they do not need new business. Stay away.

Wrong Binding…

CS and the printing of my manual was excellent and if I stopped right there Printi would receive 5 stars. I ordered spiral binding, i supplied them a copy of my manual so that we would be on the same page.I had expected the spiral binding to be like a coil, but low and behold they gave me wire comb type binding. Plus, the wire binding is too small for the number of pages which made turning the pages difficult. In addition, the hole punches stuck together so you have to gently separate each page. Right now, I don't know what I'm going to do, but I can't send these out to my customers in their current state..

I had problems initially with my…format and size

I had problems initially with my brochures format. Printi emailed mer dircelty and worked with me one on one to help resolve the problem. I truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism. I was even able to keep my original delivery date (I had a deadline) with the format issues that took about 48 hours to resolve on all ends. Printi will be my new printer for my small business needs. Hands down amazing customer service !

Perfect for printing booklets

My saddle-stitched booklets turned out perfectly. I spoke to a rep who sent me paper samples and I got my proofs for free to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. The prices were extremely reasonable considering the competitors I looked at, and they were shipped fast and in perfect condition. I will definitely use Printi for all my large-scale printing needs in the future!!

Great prices, not so great customer service...

The company has great prices but the customer service is lacking to say the least. My files when uploaded had errors. The company caught them and notified me of the issues. THAT WAS GREAT! However it entered me into a 2-week process of emails and failed support chats that could have been resolved with a simple phone call. Ultimately, I am attempting to cancel my order and using another company. I will absolutely try again. But next time I’ll have to try months before I need my product.

Miserable Customer Service

Miserable Customer Service. From a corporate standpoint, I would never order from Printi again. The biggest issue was that they do not accept international credit cards (address must be in the US) and our Amex had a Canadian address. I called and spoke to someone at Printi, but payments cannot be managed even on the back end by a human. Absolutely a waste of time calling them. Enter our finance department, who needed to rush a P-Card request same day so we could have a credit card with an US Address. Our finance department requires an address for the Payee. Printi doesn't have a physical address. Overall, it's clear why Printi's prices are cost effective. They have poor customer service, inadequate software and limited capabilities to customize solutions or think outside of the box. However, the delivery time and quality of the product was completely acceptable.

Hands down would recommend!

Printi (which use to be Pixart), is a great company! If I’ve ever had an issue from damage during shipping they take care of it no questions asked! Sometimes I don’t get shipping and tracking information, but when I send an email to ask, the package is usually arriving ahead of schedule! The quality is fantastic and the prices are unbelievable! This company is perfect for our non-profit organization which has a very tight budget. Could not recommend more!

We had an unacceptable experience with…

We had an unacceptable experience with our order. It arrived a week later despite they knew we needed on time. They reprinted the order to send it to our new location and it arrived late again. The paper quality of the brochures very poor.
