Good job done quickly

Good job done quickly, overall excellent value. I found the file submission system on their web site to be broken (happened each time I submitted two different jobs), which caused my jobs to be flagged with errors, so then it looks like you're hosed. It's 100% automated and it's difficult to speak to a human. In fact, if you try to reach a human by telephone when there are issues, you'll find it's nearly impossible. Otherwise I'd give them five stars. My graphics guy gave us a bad file, so I tried to kill the job midstream. They were completely unable to stop it, but gave me credit for shipping costs -- and then shipped the junk books to me anyway. Excellent choice for repeat orders, because you know exactly what to expect.

Beautiful Prints, Outstanding Customer Service

As someone who was searching far and wide to find a printing company for my self published children’s picture book and found nothing but disappoint, I was leaping with joy after discovering Printi. They’re the rare printing company that actually cares about their product and their customers. Speaking of that, I can’t praise their customer service enough. They’re incredibly friendly, they know what they’re doing and they’ll get the job done right! In short, they rock!

Hands down some of the best customer…

Hands down some of the best customer service. We initially decided to go through Printi because of the cost, and simplicity of the website. We recently received a proof of one of our books, and were so impressed with it. Beautiful paper, printing, binding. And each time I contact them with yet another question, it’s a quick response, and always so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend Printi.

My order was wrong

My order was wrong, the customer service line told me to email a picture of my problem, I did so and have not received any follow up several days later (except for an automatic confirmation that my email was received). The order being made incorrectly and the failure to follow up ruined my boyfriends surprise graduation gift. I'm still hoping for a refund but will not be using printi again. Update: they got back to me with an apology for the delay, and a quick refund. I understand how these things can happen and I am open to using them again in the future.

I recommend Printi wholeheartedly!! I was skeptical at first - how could the quality reach our standards with such affordable pricing?! After trying a few different vendors, Printi has proven to be the highest quality, quickest, and most affordable for our Perfect Bind journals. Who could ask for anything more? Their customer service team is exceptional. s/o to Nathalie and Tyler for taking such great care of us. We look forward to placing our next round of orders!

Over Saturated

The LPI quality is good and the pricing is unbeatable. However, the ink coverage is over saturated. You can see at the edges of the print where the inks pooled and dried which also made for an overall darker print. All pieces were at least consistent. Hopefully, this isn't a common issue but it is an issue I hope doesn't happen again. I will continue to quote print jobs from Printi to my clients but if it happens again I will have to leave them out of my estimates, unfortunately.

The communication response was prompt BUT...

The communication response was prompt. I was assertive over phone and email about my need for it by a certain time. I emailed to check the status the day before it was schedule to be delivered. Customer service rep was surprised and no one knew what happen. Because of what was phrased as glitch in the system, my order was never printed and shipped. I asked for a refund. I went to kinkos and had it printed in 4 hours.

- 6 weeks of going back and forth for…

- 6 weeks of going back and forth for 1st Order - Order still Not even in production yet - Website Not accessible through mobile - Phone Agent EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED & NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE - SHE SUGGESTED TO ME THAT "PRINTI COMPANY MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD FIT FOR ME" (I've worked with many companies last 15+ years, FIRST TIME I'VE EVER BEEN TOLD THIS, & of course that's the least experienced ones with No kind of knowledge about anything regarding this business, gave me multiple times wrong information adding to the slow process (Nathalie) - Design department unaccessible & also slow moving - too many issues to name all - Wondering if this 1st order is ever going to be completed after 6 weeks of time lost going back & forth - waiting to see the quality of jobs if I ever receive them
