Beste, Ik wilde enkel eenmalig een CV bestellen voor een paar euro, zoals jullie ook adverteren. Helaas is er ondertussen 2 keer 25 euro van mijn rekening verdwenen. Dit 'abonnement', dat ik nooit aanvaard had, heb ik ondertussen opgezegd. Welke stappen moet ik ondernemen om mijn geld terug te krijgen? Hoewel het product prima was, voel ik me misleid door deze handelingspraktijken en verwacht ik mijn geld terug. Maartje

Först var jag jättenöjd för sidan är smidig att använda och har bra utbud. Nu känner jag mig lurad och bestulen. För knappt två veckor sedan skapade jag ett CV hos dem som jag betalade 29kr för att skriva ut. Jag har på något sätt lyckats tecknat ett abonnemang utan att veta om det och de har dragit 249kr från mitt konto idag, utan att maila kvitto, jag råkade bara se detta på mitt konto. Mycket dåligt! Kan inte rekommendera den här sidan!

I seem to have had the same problem as others. I only had to update one resume. I paid a small fee for that, which was fine and cancelled after that. I am only realising now that they then billed me for months at $39.95 (Canadian) without warning or notice. When I just requested a refund for a service I didn't use, they would only refund me 30% of what they took from my account saying that was the best they could do. This is an unethical company. Buyer Beware!

This is a scam. They charge an initial £1.95 to print your cv but you have to set up an account on 14day free trial. Then when you go to your account to cancel you have no access to it. Their customer service is very polite and say they don't recognise the account and want a 3 way call with your bank- how to get your bank logon dets??). They then take £19.85 subscription fee somehow even though my bank had blocked them. Very sus company.

It’s a SCAM!!!! I paid for 2 weeks ago 29 Swedish kronor for 1 CV and today I receive by Klarna a transaction of 249sek!!!!Why the hell? I terminated everything now,take back this invoice and everything else future invoices! To pay this amount for what???? Please cancel the invoice ASAP!!!! 217584908

SCAM!!! Payed for my CV which was £1.95 then 2 weeks later i was charged £19.85. No information was stated about this charge. The live “experts” absolutely useless! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! I would like a refund within 14 days!
