The first phone sent had screen damage. This was not the end of the world but it was frustrating trying to contact customer support. Only a foreign phone number on the website and no email response for several days. I also stated that I wanted a replacement phone but still had to wait for a refund and reorder myself. Eventually another phone was sent but there definitely have room for improvement. The phone was a mother's day present but ended up being 10 days late. Later the company did follow up and offer me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which was nice.

Highly recommend going with Loop Mobile. Appreciated the fact that they have the option to purchase phones with a guaranteed battery life of 95% or better.
