Brilliant bike delivered quickly in the 1 hour time slot as promised. Very easy to assemble. Unfortunately, there is a small scratch on the frame otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Saw a dropper seatpost on their website and needed it in a hurry. Rang them and spoke to a representative who was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions fully. They also price matched the item from a cheaper store. The item was received in 2 days. Quality company who I will happily deal with again.

Ordered the bike and it arrived within time frame given, However a fault was noticed immediately with the lock out facility, shop was contacted and they suggested taking it to a reputable local shop and then invoice them for the repair, this i declined and returned the bike back to the store, they fixed it, however i am not certain that the forks on the bike are the same as the new one originally supplied and it has some impact damage on them, it works fine, but it was an inconvenience and clearly the bikes pre delivery inspection was not adhered to.
