After several visits to Solent Beds & Furnture we ordered several items of furniture. A week ago My friend and I arrived at Solent Beds 2 minutes before they were about to close. I had only just finished work and could not get there any earlier. We met Paul Hunt who did not turn us away and spent at least 15 minutes with us showing us the wardrobes that we had come to see. He could have turned us away and told us to come back earlier the next day, but he did not. He spent at least 15 minutes with us explaining the wardrobes we had come to see and giving us the brochures. He is very professional and we were extremely impressed. Because of this excellent customer service from him we returned today and I purchased the wardrobes. He again gave us excellent customer service and I eventually spent nearly £4,000. Paul is a real asset to your company and spent some time with us ensuring that I was aware of everything that was included and the exact measurements in detail. Great service.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Sam in particular was a great help when I was choosing a bed. I have bought quite a lot of furniture from here in the past 12 month and I have always found that the staff go out of their way to assist in choices etc.

Paid in full over a week ago and still not received any notification when items will be delivered. Make your own mind up if you want to deal with this company.
