Great service. Delicious food, super convenient delivery and a really varied menu. I feel great!!

It's a great concept so I was quite excited about signing up to this but was unfortunately left disappointed. The egg-free vegetarian options are so limited that there are lots of repeats each week and the quality is very varied. One day I had beans and rice without any vegetables at all. One day two meal containers arrived half opened and spilling into the box they were in. And sometimes, the tofu is so chewy it's impossible to bite into. On the bright side, their overnight oats with almond butter and blueberry compote is absolutely divine. I just wish I felt the same way about the rest of it!

Fresh Fitness Food is a win-win! Super fresh meals that are delicious and keep me energised throughout the day. I can hit all my nutrition goals without having to think up meals myself, track or cook! I also love how I’m eating meals I wouldn’t have the skills or time to cook myself are so flavoursome and never bland or boring!

Love FFF! It fits perfectly into my life - I like to outsource as much as I can so that I have time for other things, things like toilet paper subscription, detergent, cleaning the house. So I can spend time doing the things I actually want to! Didn’t realise how long I was spending every day on cooking and washing up. Now I’ve got more time to spend with my family and exercising. The food itself is delicious, big portions for low calories, so I am losing fat while always being full. Highly recommend!

I would like some more variety in the meals please.

Very convenient solution and reliable delivery, but pretty pricey. Most meals are nice, a couple that have not been great, but nowhere to leave feedback on individual meals to help them improve, which would have been handy. Good overall.

The service and delivery service is impeccable, from the recyclable packaging, to the website meal information and food quality. The only issue for me is in a family of 5 with teenagers and lots of different meals preparation, I felt a bit left out on the social element of sitting around the table sharing foods. I also felt fixated about calories count and very guilty when on the last day I gave up and ate lots of bread and hummus after my dinner, as I was so hungry. It's an eye opener in terms of how many extra calories we eat in a day,and I think would be an excellent programme for many people to achieve their weight goals, as the meals are super tasty, just very small.
