Not impressed so far, 10% cancellation fees of up to £65

14th May update. Credit where credit is due. FFF have gone out of their way to rectify this including a full refund with no fee after i submitted this review. Sent me some free days too to show that the food has improved, which it did so bumping up their stars from 1 to 3 for good customer service. Not impressed, 10% cancellation fees of up to £65 Delivery is ok, they have so far delivered the food every night. The food itself is quite tasteless. I chose a weight loss program and I have gained 2kgs because the food is so tasteless I am constantly having to snack on something else to get the feeling I have eaten food. The phone app isn't very responsive either. All I can do is log food. I tried to pause 1 day as I would not be home and I couldn't do it and had to go to support, which in itself seem to take all day to get back to you. On top of that, I thought I signed up to trial this out, but it automatically rolled over to the following week. I asked how much notice I would need to stop this and I was told there is a 10% cancellation fees of up to £65 to cancel. I am still talking to support to see if there is a way through this but so far it's not looking good. 10% CANCELLATION FEE!!!!!! WOW!

Fabulous nutritious food and great customer service

Their meals are incredible, really tasty and all the hard work has been done in terms of taking care of nutrition. I had an issue which I needed to raise with customer service and it was dealt with so promptly. The only problem we have with them is that delivery is overnight and in our current location we don’t have somewhere safe they can leave the food bags, so have paused delivery until we move shortly when I will definitely resume the service. I would rate the quality and taste of the food as five stars.

Not inclusive

I live in a less privileged area and my door goes right out onto the street with no place to hide the order. They don't offer any alternatives to leaving it outside for my postcode. I thought I'd give them a chance anyway and my first order was immediately stolen. I realised this wasn't going to work so rang up to explore other options and just felt like the worker seemed confused that I didn't have a concierge, building security, or some big private area outside my house for them to hide the deliver. They also didn't offer a refund for the stolen delivery, even though there was no clear mention of this when signing up and I filled out the delivery to be as safe as I could. It just shows this companies elitism and lack of inclusivity.

Why do they deliver at 5am/midnight? And call me to wake me up instead of leaving it outside?

As a yoga and Pilates teacher I am…

As a yoga and Pilates teacher I am constantly on my feet teaching between studios. Fresh fitness food has been absolutely incredible, I know that I’m meeting my goals and have tailored it to arrive at my doorstep on my busiest days where I don’t have time to cook myself. This way I know I’m getting all the nutrients to fuel my busy lifestyle and honestly feel great. I train a lot and have also started training for a marathon so it’s really important to me to keep on top of this. I’ve never felt fitter and healthier. I eat vegan and gluten free so was worried about the variety of food but this did not disappoint in the slightest - the food is delicious and always something new and exciting.

FFF kickstarted my return to a healthier lifestyle

Fresh fitness food completely kickstarted my journey back to fitness. Following a career in sport, I had totally let myself go following a switch into the corporate world and office job. When I was feeling low about this, a friend recommended FFF to me. I signed up for a meal plan and quickly saw a notable change, not just in my body but also energy levels. I started waking up earlier, fresher, so decided to go on a few runs. These became 5ks, 10ks and then half marathons, all of which alongside weights, I now regularly do before work. I’m pleased to say that fitness is once again a fundamental part of my lifestyle. I lost 10kg in total, but more importantly feel better and more confident in myself once again. I truly credit FFF for educating me in having a healthy diet and will always be grateful! P.S. lovely team and super helpful dealing with an intolerance I have :)

Delicious and healthy

The food quality has been consistently excellent. The team have been super helpful with some of my more unusual dietary requirements. The balance of convenience, peace of mind and excellent tasting food sets FFF apart from other similar fitness food providers. I’m outside London in the provinces, most delivery companies struggle but I’ve had no problems with FFF.

Delicious and helpful

Delicious and helpful! The most efficient and tasty way to get me to eat and stay on track. I’m terrible at not eating with my schedule and FFF takes the pressure off me and does the cooking for me! Take it on the go, all I need to do is warm it up. Each day is a different option and I’m able to adjust delivery to my schedule too! Best decision I’ve made using this company x
