FFF nutritionist Megan and the whole team have been very helpful with regards to explaining meticulously the details of all ingredients, which plan suits me and making any tweaks that I needed due to a gluten allergy. Always on hand either in the phone or email to respond asap. Thank you!

Great food and taste

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service. I have tried other meal prep services in the past and I would rate them all higher than FFF. Upon opening the delivery one of the meals was split and had leaked all over the box and the other meals. I appreciate the packaging is recyclable but the plastic film is so thin that it was easily pierced or split during the delivery process somehow. My parcel was delivered after I had left for work (fair enough, that’s on me) but this meant I then had to consume a days worth of meals (3 meals) in the evening due to the expiry date. This wouldn’t be an issue if the expiration date on the meals was longer than a couple of days. The meals themselves were ok. Rating the flavour of meals is a matter of personal opinion, but having half the meals I received being orange baked chicken with brown rice and quinoa (not to my palette) was very frustrating. The chicken was chewy, flavour was unpleasant and the rice/quinoa mix was bland and dry. It’s a strange choice by FFF to not let customers pick their meals. Im relatively fussy so maybe other people would be better off but for what you pay it was very underwhelming. One of my meals was absolutely vile; a spinach and mushroom egg cup. I could not stomach eating it let alone being around the smell. The only meals I enjoyed were a granola and yogurt meal and a waffle meal. Annoyingly, both the meals were what I would consider ‘low protein’ coming in at ~20g or less I think. I only tried FFF because of the huge discount. I would never spend the full price or recommend FFF to anyone based off my experience. I hope others get along better with FFF than myself.

Despite repeatedly informing their customer service, I continued to receive daily shipments of chicken. It appears that chicken is the only item on their menu, as they even sent me two separate chicken meals on the same day. There was no variety in the form of turkey, fish, or vegetables. It was just an endless supply of Fresh Fitness Chicken.

Really good communication for the whole experience. I had some amazing salmon for one of the meals but all of the food was super delicious. Really impressed with reuse of the packaging and collection of the bags.

The product quality is truly exceptional and the ability to rank the food helps tailor it to my requirements. I have been using the service for 10 months and it has been instrumental in my transformation. I have lost over 40 kgs during the period. Thank you.

The meals are very tasty and there is a variety. I really appreciate the timing of delivery as I have my meals before I leave for work.

Lacking on flavour.

On my 8th plan. The price per meal is great when you get a large plan. I started out with a goal but now I stay on for the convenience and meal quality. As a long term customer I would recommend to anyone.

If I could give FFF 6* I would. Exceptional service along with exceptional food and most importantly, exceptional customer service. Georgia in Partnerships has gone above and beyond for me and I'm very grateful to the level of attention and detail she's shown for my specific requirements.
