Tasty food, on time delivery, helpful website. Calorie controlled meals really work and really do the job. But… Very limited flexibility in accommodating food intolerance and, when they are accommodated, the choice becomes extremely limited, also resulting in lunch and dinner being exactly the same! Helpful on the phone when you reach them but very slow at emailing back

just disappointing to receive 3 of the same daily meals because the delivery wouldnt reach my new address. Waste of money

Quick and efficient delivery, great portion sizes

The food menu was well-prepared and had a good balance of flavors. If you try to make it yourself, it will take a lot of time, so I think it is good for people who are busy and want to be careful about their health. The variety of drink options was also good. The container was lightweight and easy to use as well. The delivery system was well made and the customer support contact was polite and quick. I think Fresh Fitness Food is very convenient.

This is a diet where you have Gourmet food that fills you up and you loose fat. Nothing can be more simpler. Fantastic
