This service has really changed the game for me. I have ordered from a number of prep companies and by the end of the week the food just doesn’t stay fresh and isn’t enjoyable. My busy schedule allows little time for cooking so having fresh, tasty and healthy meals delivered everyday has been a God send. The variety is good and I look forward to my daily deliveries.

Taste is good! Especially considering that I am eating some vegetables that I wouldn't usually eat. I am Italian and a bit picky so I am using the Select option instead of the Macros option. This way I can choose each day what I want to eat. The options are great!

Great food, great platform for ordering with the option of customising some macros (which isnt possible with other services). Delivery experience was nice, and the MyFitnessPal barcode for tracking is a nice touch.

Previously, I found the meal options a bit limited, but now, I can practically choose exactly what I want, which is a lifesaver for someone as particular as me when it comes to food. FFF have always been good, but new SELECT service is even better! The flexibility to choose the number of deliveries each week and being able to choose specific meals (with detailed breakdowns of their macros/ingredients to hand) works really well for me, plus there are always lots of gluten free veggie options on the list.

Great food on the select line. Has really helped me out! The select range has really improved this service. Meals when I want them and the size/ extra protein I wanted too. Quick and easy, would recommend!

I really enjoy FFF! I started with the Goal setting product a few months ago. The food quality and size are great. It helped me to define how much food I needed to eat to reduce my weigh, but after some time the weekly commitment wasn’t working for my anymore. That’s why I was very happy with the launch of Select. I have started it this week and the food quality and size are still great! And the extra flexibility with this new product is perfect :)

Really enjoying Fresh Fitness Food. It is very convenient and the meals are delicious and a good size. I love the added extras like the juices and shots. I had an issue with delivery (as I live in a complicated flat block) and the team were available via WhatsApp and rectified the issue straight away - I haven't had any issues since. Really enjoying it and would definitely recommend.
