FFF recently released a new way of ordering called SELECT that let's you pick the dishes you want, in the sizes you want and order as many as you want, with recipes changing daily. It has been an absolute game changer as I can now order for myself and my partner AND make sure I order dishes I like and will have enough protein. One of my favourite dishes (Asian style meatballs) has 87g of protein AND still tastes delicious!! I don't know any other brands that offer a service like this. It's made keeping up with my daily protein target and calorie deficit so much easier, without needing to supplement with shakes or bars. With 2 FFF meals, I can easily hit my targets and have a guilt free snack, which is not something I've had with any other meal service. Honestly if you're trying to gain muscle, lose weight or just pay attention to your macros in any way shape or form, FFF is undoubtedly the go to in London for your food.
