The company was attentive to the request and delivery time

Wrong case colour was sent, but I was offered compensation for the mixup after.

I ordered Laptop ram for my computer and was sent Desktop Ram which doesn't fit. I can understand this happening once, but I subsequently ordered the laptop ram again and was again sent out desktop ram. I now have to return the ram to the store for a refund - and the store is 20kms away. I understand mistakes can be made - of course - but this happening twice is indicative of a staff that either don't know the difference or do not care. Each item has a unique SKU / Product ID I believe so they surely would've known they had selected the wrong product.
