Not great quality control
Ordered an Xbox One. Console was great but the controller didn't work either with batteries or via a cable - there were clear marks of battery corrosion as well. Customer support was great and very helpful, and said there was one I could pick up from a store. Picked it up and it had quite a few marks on it. Got home, and a simple wipe with an alcohol wipe got rid of them. Both issues could have and should have been spotted. Little fella loves his console, but I expect a bit better from CEX, one of my absolute favourite stores. Will continue to shop with them but they need to up their QC game

I ordered a playstation 3 and a copy of pokemon white for the DS. When I received my order the case for the game was crushed and cracked. Along with the controller that I received was quite faulty where the buttons were working when pressed and the triggers would not fully go in. Over all the what I received weren't great and it takes ages to get a reply when emailing

Wrong item was delivered, I wasn't able to exchange it for correct one. The only option I was given was to return item and then order it again. I won't get it before Christmas now. Edit: I have received correct one just in time, thanks cex!
