Excellent service from cex as usual,although they warehouse sent me the wrong item which was an easy mistake,both items were very similar in looks but cex were excellent at helping with the problem

Wrong colour item again from CEX ! After waiting nearly 2 weeks for the item to arrive ! Asked online customer service to check this multiple times to be told yes it would be delivered and nothing for 2 weeks from date of purchase ! Your staff must be colour blind that they can’t tell the difference from rose gold to silver ! How hard is it to document the description of an item correctly? I’d ask for a refund but I’d be left waiting again and then get offered €5 discount for the inconvenience! Zero effort from their customer service staff and the staff in store especially the Omni Santry do not give a c**p about the customer complaints

I bought a nintendo 2ds xl and it was dysfunctional so I returned it and decided to purchase another one because I still wanted a 2ds xl and you emailed saying there was none in stock after I had purchased it and have still not received my refund

The shipping was very fast, I ordered a grade C because I only needed it for a short time but it arrived in almost flawless condition which was great.
