Great value and no problem returning items

Bought a game that I'd been wanting for a while, got exactly what I ordered for a relatively cheap price. Not much to say here. Arrived whole, decently packaged and in time. Have my standards dropped if "nothing was wrong with it" is cause for five stars?

No nonsense to deal with, sound people working there, was a last-minute purchase on Xmas eve (forgot gaming headset to go with the already purchased gaming keyboard!) and it had to go smoothly. Not surprised, have had great dealings with CEX in different branches before but had to leave a review for this - life savers!

Quality item nothing wrong with it and well packaged ,came late but that was due to heavy snow so not cex issue tbf

I bought the product and it came faulty . I believe that the staff does not check their items before sell which it's a shame .

ordered a PS3 And 3 games (LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2 and LittleBigPlanet 3) when it all arrived i realised that they had give me 2 of the same game (LittleBigPlanet) and my LittleBigPlanet 2 disc didn't work as it was damaged and the PS3 wouldn't read it. The PS3 did work fine which is great

CEX offer a great web interface with full details of the item and specifications. The item that I bought was in Great condition as described.
