Received completely different headphones to what I ordered. Product and price did not match the picture and name on the website, surprised staff didn’t notice. Very obliging to refund when I raised it with them.

I bought games yesterday In store the customer service was great and I was able to get rid of loads of games that I didn't want anymore and didn't play. The staff were absolutely amazing. They are also very quick about letting you know when a game is back in stock which is very helpful.

Buttons had a 1 second input delay and the left analog stick had no grip
