I had to contact customer service to amend delivery instructions and they were so understanding and v helpful. Most places will just give you the number of the delivery service and tell you to sort it out with them, but the man I spoke with took care of everything without hesitation.

i cannot praise the store enough. i ordered a halloween velvet pumpkin. the delivery service claimed it had been delivered when it had not. They were super quick and effective in resolving a minor scratch my glass table had and offered a quick and easy swap! Communication was impeccable and really love the fact that you can call them too. The table is absolutely stunning and the customer service is absolutely superb!
