The sideboard itself looks beautiful although for the price I would have expected solid wood rather than a chipboard back. I’ve knocked stars off for delivery. One of the reasons I picked this sideboard was because it came ready assembled, so therefore I expected it to be unboxed and placed in my room of choice. On delivery I was told as the item was self assembly they weren’t allowed to touch it or unbox it ( it needed feet screwing on - everything else was done) so a £1000 item was dumped without me being able to do any sort of check that the item had no defects. I also then had to struggle to unbox this huge sideboard on my own & ive been stuck with the packaging. Felt a really shoddy service for a premium item.
