We purchased our large Brustor Awning from Broadview over ten years ago and were so pleased that we decided to replace the awning canopy four years ago, not because there was a problem, but because we wanted a change of colour. Our new canopy developed an unforeseen fault, and even though a few years had passed, when I contacted Broadview, they could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to resolve the issue. This was excellent customer service from a company that stands by its customers. Broadview states that they are “committed to providing the highest quality products available”. So many companies abandon their customer once the product is sold or the warranty expires, but this is not the case with Broadview; at times like these, it confirms that we made the right decision to choose them as our suppliers.

Just had a Brustor pergola installed by Broadview. The product is amazing and excellent quality. The team of installers were exceptionally professional and I also give them five stars for the way they looked after us as a customer. The fitters were on time and efficient in the installation. They gave very comprehensive instructions on use and maintenance. The only criticism was that they failed to make good the rendering where it had been drilled through for the power source. Hence the 4 star rating.

Fitting Staff excellent care of the home. making sure that the place is clean before leaving, making sure everything is secure and correct. no issues at all. Have recommended to neighbours.
