The service is very good and the staff are always polite and respectful. You keep the customer informed of the situation at all times. We’ve got an awning and now electric blinds and both times we’ve been very happy. Keep up the good work 😊

We have bought all our shutters from you so that they matched. Unfortunately the shutters in our dining room have warped badly and don't close properly and one of the blades fell out some time ago. When I rang up about the blade I was told they were no longer under guarantee in spite of the fact that the guarantee had only run out two weeks before. You sent us some plastic fixings and after some effort we managed to get the blade back in place. When you recently came to fit the shutters in the bedrooms we asked the fitter what he thought had happened and he said that it was a broken mechanism. He said he would ask the office. We heard nothing. We have no complaints about the fitting on the day. These shutters have cost about £5,500 altogether so we are disappointed.
