Lovely blinds, efficient, friendly fitter. Communication could be improved from the office though, I had to chase to arrange appointments for fitting and an adjustment.

We chose the Brustor B128 pergola because we have a south facing garden which is prone to gusts of wind. We opted for a white frame with a light grey/blue waterproof shade and an off white valance. Needless to say, with the title of our review, we are delighted with both the appearance and the quality of the Brustor. Harriet at Broadview was very helpful and patient (no hard sell!) and the team of fitters were punctual, extremely polite, professional, efficient and friendly. Now all we need is some sunshine!!

This was a relatively small job, but they turned up on time, did a neat job and left the place clean and tidy.

From the 1st visit when William came to measure and asked what style blinds I wanted. This was easy as I had already purchased blinds from Broadview anshowed exactly what I wanted. When the fitter came and fitted the blinds he left without telling me that the bathroom blind didnt fit properly and also realised that the box at the top were not what I ordered. I got back to the company who agreed that the top would be redone and that a different fitter would come take the blinds back to the depot and return them the same day. Bearing in mind this has been going on for many weeks and fingers crossed should be fitting them on 11th Feb as they were too busy to do this before christmas!!
