Great product and great installation service however no post sales support! nobody has ever rung to ask if everything went well and the pergola is functioning as expected.

We haven’t really had chance to put our pergola to the test as it has rained almost continually since it was installed. However it looks nice and the remote controls work well. We just hope for some sun next summer!
