The professional advice I was given was very helpful .I was given plenty of time to ask questions and also choose the materials for the blinds I was choosing . Great blinds really good installers and only a four star because one of our blinds was the wrong size but they really did their best and got a replacement blind very quickly and were very apologetic about the wrong blind
