Order placed 10th June. Incorrect item received 16th June. Contacted straight away to advise and they promised to send correct item first class as it was for a present. I returned the incorrect item on 17th June. Despite reassurances that the replacement would be/was sent by first class mail on the 19th, it was not received until the 24th. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.
